Cancellation Policy
- An order will instantly be canceled if the billing information is inaccurate or incomplete.

Exchange Policy
- An item can only be exchanged in case of any defects with proof, within 2 days of delivery.
- An item will only be exchanged with an intact duplicate that doesn’t contain the same defects as the former.
- To exchange a purchased product, the customer will have to submit a request form with proof and details of the defected items and company will have full authority to decline the request depending upon the availability of the product.

Inner conductor is 1.63 mm bare copper with ≥25% elongation, ≥150 N/mm² tensile strength, and ≥67 N dielectric adhesion.

Dielectric is gas-injected foamed polyethylene (7.11 mm) with 18 kV/mm strength and ≤4% shrinkage after 4 hrs at 115°C.

Thermal aging performance includes ≥30 min oxidative induction (ASTM D4565) and ≥70% retention after 14 days at 90°C.

First shield is bonded Al/PET tape (7.3 mm ±0.13 mm) with ≥18% overlap and ≤0.3 mm ovality.

Second shield is a 24x6 bare copper braid (7.9 mm ±0.15 mm) with 0.16 mm wires, ≥95% coverage, ≥6% elongation, and ≥180 N/mm² strength.

Outer sheath is odorless black PVC (10.03 mm ±0.1 mm) with ≥0.9 mm thickness and ≤43% excentricity.

Mechanical strength includes ≥13.8 MPa tensile strength, ≥250% elongation at break, and ≥50% retention after aging (UL 2556 & ASTM D573).

Compliance includes ≥2.5 kVrms spark test and ANSI/SCTE 88/2003 with ≤10 mm jacket shrinkage per 150 mm.
