Shield & Sheath: Thickness 0.55 mm ±0.05, outer diameter 6.0 mm ±0.4, PVC (RoHS compliant), clean and smooth surface.

Before aging: Tensile ≥13.5 MPa, Elongation ≥150%.

After aging (100°C × 24hrs × 7d): Tensile ≥12.5 MPa, Elongation ≥125%.

Cold bend (-20°C × 24hrs): No visible cracks.

Electrical Characteristics (20°C):

Impedance: 100 ±15 Ω (1–250 MHz).

Delay Skew: ≤45 ns/100m (1–250 MHz).

DC Resistance: Max 9.38 Ω/100m.
