Shield & Sheath: PVC material, thickness 0.65 ± 0.05 mm, overall diameter 6.9 ± 0.3 mm, surface clean and smooth.

Before aging: Tensile ≥ 13.5 MPa, Elongation ≥ 150%.

After aging: Tensile ≥ 12.5 MPa, Elongation ≥ 125%.

Cold bend: -20°C ± 2°C for 24 hrs → No visible cracks.

Electrical Characteristics (20°C):

Impedance: 100 ± 15 Ω (1–500 MHz).

Delay skew: ≤ 45 ns/100m (1–500 MHz).

DC resistance: ≤ 9.3 Ω/100m.

Resistance unbalance: ≤ 2%.
