Cancellation Policy
- An order will instantly be canceled if the billing information is inaccurate or incomplete.

Exchange Policy
- An item can only be exchanged in case of any defects with proof, within 2 days of delivery.
- An item will only be exchanged with an intact duplicate that doesn’t contain the same defects as the former.
- To exchange a purchased product, the customer will have to submit a request form with proof and details of the defected items and company will have full authority to decline the request depending upon the availability of the product.

Inner conductor is 1.30 mm copper-covered steel (≥21% copper) with ≥500 N/mm² tensile strength, ≥1% elongation, and ≥45 N dielectric adhesion.

Dielectric is gas-injected foamed polyethylene (5.72 mm) with ε = 2.25, strength = 18 kV/mm, and ≤4% shrinkage at 115°C (4 hrs).

Dielectric aging withstands ≥30 min oxidative induction (ASTM D4565) and retains ≥70% performance after 14 days at 90°C.

First screen is bonded Al/PET tape (5.90 mm ±0.13 mm), with 0.009 mm aluminum, 0.012 mm PET, ≥18% overlap, and ≤0.33 mm ovality.

Second screen is aluminum alloy braid (6.55 mm ±0.15 mm), 16x9 wires of 0.16 mm, with ≥95% coverage, ≥3% elongation, and ≥220 N/mm² strength.

Jelly layer between shield and sheath provides strong moisture and corrosion resistance.

Outer sheath is odor-free black PVC (8.10 mm ±0.2 mm), ≥0.7 mm thick, with ≤43% excentricity and ≥13.8 MPa tensile strength.

Sheath durability includes ≥250% elongation (≥50% post-aging), spark tested at ≥2.5 kVrms, and ANSI/SCTE 88/2003 compliant with ≤10 mm shrinkage per 150 mm.
