Cancellation Policy

Exchange Policy
- An item can only be exchanged in case of any defects with proof, within 2 days of delivery.
- An item will only be exchanged with an intact duplicate that doesn’t contain the same defects as the former.
- To exchange a purchased product, the customer will have to submit a request form with proof and details of the defected items and company will have full authority to decline the request depending upon the availability of the product.

Inner conductor is 1.02 mm bare copper with ≥25% elongation, ≥150 N/mm² tensile strength, and ≥25 N dielectric adhesion.

Dielectric is gas-injected foamed polyethylene (4.57 mm) with ε = 2.25, strength = 18 kV/mm, and ≤4% shrinkage after 4 hrs at 115°C.

Dielectric stability includes ≥30 min oxidative induction time and ≥70% performance retention after 14 days at 90°C.

First shield is bonded aluminum/polyester tape (4.78 mm ±0.13 mm) with 0.009 mm Al, 0.012 mm PET, and ≥18% overlap.

Second shield is a bare copper braid (5.38 mm ±0.15 mm), 24x7 wires of 0.12 mm, with ≥95% coverage and ≥20% elongation.

Outer sheath is black PVC (RAL 9005), 6.93 mm ±0.2 mm diameter, ≥0.58 mm thick, odor-free, and ≤43% eccentricity.

Sheath strength includes ≥13.8 MPa tensile strength and ≥250% elongation, retaining ≥50% after aging at 100°C for 168 hrs.

Standards compliance includes 2.5 kVrms spark test and ANSI/SCTE 88/2003 with ≤10 mm jacket shrinkage per 150 mm.
