Cancellation Policy
- An order will instantly be canceled if the billing information is inaccurate or incomplete.
- If a customer doesn’t confirm his/her order within 48-hours of placement, the order will be marked as ‘discarded’.
- An order can only be canceled within 3 hours of placing the order.
Exchange Policy
- An item can only be exchanged in case of any defects with proof, within 2 days of delivery.
- An item will only be exchanged with an intact duplicate that doesn’t contain the same defects as the former.
- To exchange a purchased product, the customer will have to submit a request form with proof and details of the defected items and company will have full authority to decline the request depending upon the availability of the product.

Inner conductor is 1.02 mm copper-covered steel with ≥21% copper, ≥500 N/mm² tensile strength, and strong dielectric adhesion.

Dielectric is gas-injected foamed polyethylene (4.57 mm) with high thermal stability and low shrinkage.

First screen is bonded aluminum/polyester tape (4.78 mm) with ≥18% overlap and ≤0.33 mm ovality.

Second screen is a 95% braided aluminum alloy shield (5.38 mm) using 16x10 wires of 0.12 mm.

Jelly layer provides anti-corrosion protection between screen and outer sheath.

Outer sheath is 6.93 mm odor-free black PVC with ≥0.58 mm thickness and ≥13.8 MPa tensile strength.

Sheath durability ensures ≥75% tensile strength and ≥50% elongation after 168 hours at 100°C.

Standards compliant, the cable passes a 2.5 kVrms spark test and meets ANSI/SCTE 88/2003 limits.
