Cancellation Policy

Exchange Policy

Product Description
This heavy-duty cable comprises two hundred solid bare copper conductors, each with a diameter of 0.6 mm and an acceptable quality limit (A.Q.L) of +0.001/-0.010 mm. Each conductor is insulated using general-purpose PVC, resulting in a total of two hundred insulated cores with a diameter of 1.0 mm and an A.Q.L of ±0.10 mm.
The cable is reinforced with a comprehensive triple-shielding system for maximum signal integrity. The first layer consists of spiral polypropylene (PP) color tape, applied in groups of 10 pairs for effective organization and pair identification. The second shield is a spiral Mylar transparent layer, and the third is a spiral aluminium foil shield to provide strong protection against electromagnetic interference. For grounding, a single solid bare copper drain wire is included, with a diameter of 0.4 mm and an A.Q.L of +0.001/-0.008 mm.
The outer sheath is made from durable grey PVC and features a rip-cord for easy stripping during installation. It has an overall diameter of 16.5 mm with an A.Q.L of ±0.20 mm. Electrically, the conductor offers a DC resistance of less than 7.31 ohms per 100 meters at 20°C, while the insulation resistance exceeds 200 MΩ·M under the same conditions. The cable is rated for an operating temperature of up to 60°C and supports a voltage rating of 30 V.
