Cancellation Policy

Exchange Policy

Product Description
This high-density cable comprises sixty solid bare copper conductors, each with a diameter of 0.6 mm and an acceptable quality limit (A.Q.L) of +0.001/-0.010 mm. Each conductor is insulated with general-purpose PVC, forming sixty insulated cores with a diameter of 1.0 mm and an A.Q.L of ±0.10 mm.
For superior shielding performance, the cable features a triple-shielding system. The first shield consists of spiraled polypropylene (PP) color tape applied over each group of 10 pairs. The second shield is a spiral Mylar transparent layer, followed by a third layer of spiral aluminium foil shield. To support effective grounding, the cable also includes a single solid bare copper drain wire, with a diameter of 0.4 mm and an A.Q.L of +0.001/-0.008 mm.
The outer sheath is made of durable grey PVC and is equipped with a rip-cord for easy stripping. The sheath has an overall diameter of 11.1 mm with an A.Q.L of ±0.20 mm. Electrically, the conductor DC resistance is less than 7.31 ohms per 100 meters at 20°C, while the insulation resistance exceeds 200 MΩ·M at the same temperature. The cable is rated for a maximum operating temperature of 60°C and supports a voltage rating of up to 30 V.
